Congratulations to Ethan Wojnovich, second from the right, of the Spartans (Big 10) for winning the week 3 DICK’S Sporting Goods Player of the Week. In a double-header on Friday night in which Ethan’s team won one and tied one, Ethan had a total of 17 points, 14 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals, and 3 blocks. The Spartans had contributions from many of their players on Friday night – including a double-digit performance from Trevor Schafer – but Ethan stood out on both ends of the floor. Great performance Spartans and great performance Ethan!

Congratulations to Mikey Smith of the Huskies (PAC 12) for taking home the week 2 DICK’S Sporting Good Player of the Week. Mikey had 14 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals in a win over the Ducks. In addition to an efficient night scoring the ball, Mikey really helped out on the defensive end. Mikey has been playing in Havertown Hoops for a few years now – his relaxed demeanor on and off the court makes him a great teammate to others. Good job, Mikey!
