Late Registration Form
With the exception of the 7th & 8th grade girls league, the deadline to register has past for Havertown Hoops. However, we still have space available in the following leagues:
- 4th grade boys
- 5th grade boys
- 6th grade boys
- 7th & 8th grade boys
- 11th & 12th grade boys
- 5th & 6th grade girls
In order to be added to the waitlist for these leagues, please complete the late registration form (link below). If we have space available in your requested league, we will reach out after the league has played 1-2 games so we can assess where best to place your child. Most leagues will have played their second game by the middle of December which means your child won’t be taken off of the waitlist until mid-December or early-January – the late registration fee is $100.
If you have two children, please complete the form for each of them.
